What data we collect

Through the contact / careers form: your name, e-mail address, optional phone number, message content, the language of the page, and the time of submission. We do not use tracking cookies; only essential cookies needed for the site to function.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to respond to your enquiry or job application (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract, or 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in answering business contacts).

Your acceptance of this policy by ticking the form checkbox constitutes the basis under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for receiving and storing the message.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and up to 24 months after the last contact. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Recipients

The data is processed inside Beebau and by Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting + Pages Functions, EU/US Data Privacy Framework) and Resend, Inc. (transactional e-mail delivery, EU/US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
